We invite you to respond to the questions below, each of which relates to a different section of Taking Regulatory Action, Version 2.
We ask more questions about those elements of the policy that are completely new than we do about those that have been revised. This is because those sections that have been revised have undergone only minor changes.
If you have any comments that you wish to raise which do not fit easily under the questions we have asked, please include them in your response to question 10. We will not consider any points made in relation to those sections of the documents that we are not consulting on changes to at this time, as described above.
